Hi my name is Mr. C, and my experience with Mr. Wimberly was nothing short of extraordinary. I had heard about this great attorney by the name of David Wimberly. I always thought if I got into a situation I would call him. Well it happened. Calling David was one of the best decisions I ever made. Come to find out David had more not guilty verdicts than any attorney I ever heard of, and on top of it David is a trial lawyer not a plea bargain lawyer working deals for the state. It seems some lawyers can make you feel like they are not truly working for you and your best interest. David the whole time made me feel he was 100% vested in my case, truly on my side, and had my best interest at heart. When I went to court I noticed David exhibited a heir of pure confidence. To say it bluntly he’s a Beast in the court room. David makes prosecutors nervous because he holds the other side accountable for all their actions taken from A to Z from your arrest, to how they filed documents, and handled evidence on your case.
He is totally prepared to go all the way to trial if need be and Win. David made me feel like I had a protective shield against any Injustice that possibly could have happened to me. At the end of the day all 3 felony charges were dismissed. I’m not the only one on record he has achieved this for I hear countless others similar stories with the same results. David is a pure master of his craft and has the N8 ability to see things and find things other lawyers can’t. He has pure talent and a gift. He is a Bull in the court room and refuses to lose. He made me feel like he was fighting for a family member, and that’s the kind of man I want on my side. He also communicated every step of the way personally. I was so impressed with his efforts.
I was never asked to create this testimonial/review, or paid to do so. I created this webpage of my own free will. In fact David’s office never knew I was making this webpage. I created it and asked if I could post a positive review of his firm. He said “If you like, but you don’t have to do that it was my pleasure having you as a client.” I told him I insisted because it meant so much to me how he and his staff treated me, and I’m so appreciative and grateful to all of them. I did this out of the greatest appreciation, and pure gratitude to David for protecting me, my rights, and making me feel like I had someone on my side who cared when I needed it. David protected my rights, and made sure I was ok. I’m truly appreciative of that, and I will be eternally greatful to David for all he has done for me and my family. I was looking to possibly lose my freedom, and be away from my family. David made sure that did not happen, and for that I’m appreciative. I’m also thankful for his entire teams support. He treats all his clients like how I was treated, and that’s what makes him a remarkable man. He really truly cares about his clients interests…
